Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Parmesan Chicken:


EASY 10 minutes of prep or less and 50 minutes cooking time

6 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 stick butter (1/2 cup, melted)
2/3 cup general purpose baking mix
1/3 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (depending upon my mood)
2 tsp Garlic/Herb Seasoning

Breading: Mix baking mix, garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
NOTE: I use my own baking mix but something like Bisquick would work fine

NOTE: I use a combination of shredded Parmesan cheese and grated but when I don't have any shredded all grated (the type you buy at the grocery store to sprinkle on pizza or pasta) WORKS PERFECT!!!

Melt butter in large bowl - place chicken breast in butter and coat completely and then dredge through your dry mix.

For easy clean-up place breaded chicken on an aluminum lined baking sheet.

Lightly spray the top of chicken with an all-purpose cooking spray or olive oil for that extra golden brown color.
